Frido Stutz, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO
Born in 1954 / Swiss citizen. 1970 -81: Aircraft mechanic and graduated aircraft engineer after study at Swissair Engineering School. Military and pilot training and services in the Swiss Airforce up to the rank of captain. Several type rating courses and pilot exchange programs in the USA. 1981-87: Employed as an airline pilot, chief flight instructor and deputy chief pilot in a regional airline, attending various further programs and post studies, such as project management, economy engineering, business management and leadership. 1987-2000: Employed by the Swiss aviation authority as a VIP- pilot for the government, as trainer for flight instructors and flight operations inspector. Since 2000: employed as an airline pilot on B747 cargo airplane. Inventor of the automatic parking system ‘Skyline Parking’. Initiator and founder of the start-up companies Skyline Innovation GmbH and Skyline Parking AG. Course of study for entrepreneurs at the University of St Gall (Executive School of Management HSG).Fluent in German & English / basic knowledge of French. Experience in the areas of aircraft maintenance and operations, crew recourse management, project and team management, business administration.
Martin Ruesch, Member of the Board of Directors and CFO
Born in 1977 / Swiss citizen. 2003: Master’s in Economics, majoring in financial market theory at the University of St. Gallen. 2004: Postgraduate Master’s in Economics at the University of Lausanne. Since 2005: PhD at the University of St.Gallen. 2000: Group Accounting Swiss Re. 2002: Assistant Head Business Development at Bank Julius Bär. Since 2004: Research Assistant at the SEW-HSG and since 2006: CFO of Skyline Parking AG. Fluent in German, English and French.
Experience in the areas of accounting, controlling, assessment of financial investments, market studies, econometrics, project management and skilled at analytical and joined-up thinking, result and profit-oriented problem solving and working with models.
Peter Hossli, COO
Born in 1961 / Swiss citizen. Master degree (lic. oec. publ) in Economics and Computer Science, Zurich University. Broad strategic and operational line management experience up to top level within financial and IT industry with focus on Market Development, M&A, Change Management, Finance and IT. Several years of consulting in Strategy & Change, Restructuring, IT and Market Development in several industries. Extensive experience in process and project management.
Andreas Schlegel, CTO
Born in 1963 / Swiss citizen. 1989: Dipl. Ing ETH (Degree in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in process engineering and energy systems). 1994: Dr. sc. techn. ETH, dissertation on the topic ‘Build Up of Hazardous Materials During Catalytic Combustion’ at the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI), 3 years PostDoc at the University of California, Berkeley (UCB), partially financed with a scholarship from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). 2000: Co-founder and Managing Director of the company awtec AG for Technology and Innovation (http://www.awtec.ch/), member of innostarter AG (http://www.innostarter.ch/), member of the Board of Directors of Advanced Metal Technology AG (AMT). Since 2008: CTO of Skyline Parking AG. Fluent in German & English / basic knowledge of French.
Experience in the area of product development, managing innovation processes, software and hardware engineering, corporate development and skilled at management, priority setting, innovative thinking, implementation and analytical and joined-up thinking.
Ladina Caluori, PR/CRM
Born in 1979 / Swiss citizen. 2005: Master’s in International Affairs and Governance at the University of St. Gallen, receiving the academic title ‘Teacher in Business Education’ in 2006. Since 2004: High school teacher at the Cantonal School am Burggraben in St. Gallen. Fluent in German, English and Italian / basic knowledge of French.
Experience in the area of marketing, law and business administration, organizing internal services, and skilled at customer orientation, mentoring, interpersonal skills, self-management, negotiation and creativity.
Andy Marko, advisory board, Sales and Marketing Consultant
Born in 1960 / Swiss. Typesetter, TS of graphic industry Lausanne, training in Marketing, Strategic Innovation and Management at IMD Lausanne, MIT Boston and Mt Eliza Melbourne. Worked in print, publishing and packaging fields in Switzerland and abroad. Since 1990, developing business in emerging markets, building, developing and running global S&M organisations. Fluent in French, English and German. Recently founded Sofo Consulting (Strategy, Negotiation and Commercial Excellence consultancy firm) and Sofo Art (Art Trading Firm).
Mathias Oertle, Project Engineer
Born in 1980 / Swiss. Apprenticeship as an electricion / 2001; electrotechnical HF at ZBW in St.Gallen / 2005. Experience in building- and industry-automation. Since 2009 articled as MAS Innovationsmanagement FH at the PHW, Zurich.
