Space-saving

Because the Skyline Parking system is an automatically operating system where the patrons (or the driver) has no access to the parking slots, there is no need for stairs, elevators, emergency exits, lighting systems or ventilation. By reason of the automatic car storing, there is furthermore no need of areas for maneuvering and for car door opening.

The space usage with the Skyline Parking system is much more efficient than in a conventional parking garage. Through the efficient architecture, the measuring of the cars and the abandonment of pallets, the Skyline Parking system offers the state-of-the-art exploitation of space. Already an estate of a dimension of 20 times 20 meters is sufficient for the construction of a Skyline Parking tower with up to 300 parking lots.

Less cost & more flexibility

The Skyline Parking system brings the possibility to construct a parking garage even on a ground area where it wasn’t possible in the past. Such a parking garage costs less than a conventional parking and it is constructed in a very short time period. The Skyline Parking system opens the possibility to be built even for special purposes for which a conventional parking garage would be too expensive or would take up too much room. So it becomes attractive for residents to build a Skyline Parking system in their quarters to solve the parking problem in a compact and cheap way. Furthermore the system might be very interesting for companies that need a parking solution for their employees. The system is even adequate for an enhancement of an existing parking garage.

An additional very interesting fact for a potential operator is the flexibility of the system. Through the special design with bolted steel elements the Skyline Parking system can be dismantled on one location and rebuilt on another one. This enormous flexibility of the system reduces the business risk of a parking lot operator to a minimum. If one location doesn’t offer an optimal workload, the system can be dismounted and rebuilt on a better location. This circumstance even allows offering the system as a solution for renting for just a short time as for huge events to solve their parking problem.
