Skyline Parking Inc. offers investment into a young company with an innovative team working hard on a futuristic product for a tremendous market. This product has many USP’s and advantages and is the most sophisticated solution for automatic car parking. Agreements with partners provide already 50% of the sales target for the next 5 years, where an EBIT of CHF 120m is planned. Presently the company is owned by 30 shareholders, mainly the founders, some friends and partners and a few other investors. The share value has doubled within two years and an exit is planned within four to six years. Further investments are used to accelerate the final development, apply for tenders and work out project with customers.

 

Reasons for investing in Skyline Parking…

 

  • Skyline Parking Inc. developed a futuristic product – namely a completely new automatic parking system. What sets it apart from conventional systems is its high density of the stored cars and the performance coupled with minimal space requirements. The company has won several awards and prizes for its inventions and innovation.

 

  • The two mainstays of our innovative parking system – the car parking robot (CPR) and the measuring system – have been fully developed and set up. Test runs have proven the functionality of both systems and also provided the ‘Proof of Concept’ of this innovative parking system, with several patents pending in 54 countries.

 

  • A large Swiss machine manufacturing company with a global network, agreed on a strategic partnership. This includes an investment and joint venture in development and engineering, support in the realization of the pilot plant as well as in the transition phase from the prototype to a serial product. In addition, we will gain from their worldwide logistics and maintenance network.

 

  • Recently, Skyline Parking signed a Joint Venture Agreement with an international company which is a parking solution provider with good access to the markets in the Middle East. They committed to sell our technolgy for at least 10’000 parking slots within the next five years. This equals 63 standard parking Skyline Parking Towers, which generates a turnover of CHF 200m and an estimated EBIT of CHF 100m. These sales make up for half of the planned sales target in the business plan.
